We met up with a man by the name of Bret Hebenstreit who is looking to explore his options of being a fitness model. While being 13 weeks out from The Ohio State Bodybuilding Champions competition we get to follow him as he makes this amazing transformation from start to finish.

Bret said his photos on stage would be insane, and he wasn’t lieing. Bret kept his word and delivered. Join us as we congratulate Bret for placing 6th at The Ohio State Bodybuilding Champions competition. We have been informed that he will also be competing in another contest coming up in the next 3 weeks. We will try to get pictures from that event also.

We would like to send a thank you out to Bret for letting us follow his transformation progress. We understand the hard work and dedication it takes to achieve such success. Let alone being featured during the progress, there was no turning back for him.

As you compare these photos you can see where many people who start a diet will give up within the first 3 weeks due to them seeing little results. Bret is holding true to his efforts, and it is as you can see is paying off…

BIO:

Bret Hebenstreit born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati Ohio.

Bret has been a competive bodybuilder for 4 years and is now exploring his options as a fitness model. Bret plans to re-qualify nationally in 2008 and compete on the national circuit in in 2009.

Bret has an old school training mentality ‘Train Heavy and Hard’ no cute stuff.

8 oz lean steak or beef plus ( EVERY OTHER DAY 1 sweet potato) 1 1/2 cup greens on day without ( 9 ish)

Meal 3
2 scoops protein plus 1 tablespoon naturally more peanut butter (11:30 ish)

Meal 4
8 oz chicken plus 2 cups salad plus ½ cup cashews ( 1:30 ish)

Meal 5
8 oz chicken plus 2 cups of salad or 1 ½ cups green beans plus ½ cup cashews( 3:30 ish)

Meal 6
8 oz lean beef plus 1 ½ cups green beans plus 1/3 cup cashews (dinner)

Meal 7
Shake-2 scoops protein/Waxy creatine/4 strawberries plus 1 tablespoon naturally more peanut butter (Post training)

Cardio everyday 1st thing in the morning 26 min

2 day on 1 off training schedule hitting 1 body part per workout. However I incorporate feeder sets into the end of my workouts to isolate a different muscle group.

    Bret is absolutely killing it, making/achieving tremendous results! I do not expect anythign less than first place from him. he is already shredded, once he takes his proper peak weak approach he is going to look absolutely nuts!

    Well, well, well…..what can i say? I can’t believe how much you’ve changed week to week! Definitely an inspiration to myself, as well as, countless other aspiring bodybuilders. Keep up the hard work! It’s paying off! Hmmmm… I think I’ll go start dieting now… :)
